DAY 01: REACH PATHANKOT

Reach Pathankot by early evening and check in to the hotel. In the evening, Go Boundless Team will do the scrutiny of the vehicles. Meet your fellow travellers. Drivers briefing followed by dinner.

DAY 02: PATHANKOT – PADRI PASS – BHADERWAH

Early start after breakfast. The journey from Pathankot to Bhaderwah takes you from the plains of Punjab to the picturesque landscapes of the Himalayas. The Bhaderwah–Chamba Road is an interstate link road that connects the Indian states of Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. The road runs through the valleys and mountains of the western Himalayas, providing a transportation link between the two states. As you approach the foothills of the Himalayas, the terrain will gradually become more rugged, with winding roads leading you higher into the mountains. As you ascend into the mountains, the road will become narrower and winding, offering stunning views of the surrounding valleys and peaks. Be prepared for steep inclines and sharp turns as you make your way towards Padri Pass. Crossing into the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, you’ll be greeted by stunning vistas of snow-capped peaks and verdant valleys. Finally, you’ll reach Padri Pass, a high mountain pass situated at an elevation of around 9500 feet above sea level. Here, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayas, including snow-capped peaks and deep valleys. The road to Bhaderwah winds through the Himalayan foothills, offering breathtaking views of towering mountains, dense forests, and cascading waterfalls. After a scenic drive, you’ll finally arrive in Bhaderwah, a charming town nestled amidst the majestic Himalayas. Take a rest and immerse yourself in the rich culture and heritage of Bhaderwah by interacting with the friendly locals and enjoy the local cuisine, which includes delicious Kashmiri and Dogra dishes.

DAY 03: -BHADERWAH – JAI PASS – KISHTWAR- SINTHAN PASS – DAKSUM

Today’s drive is most thrilling through the scenic and rugged terrains. Begin your journey from Bhaderwah, the road will gradually ascend towards Jai Pass, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Jai Pass is located at an elevation of around 13,000 feet and provides a gateway to the remote regions of Kishtwar- home to several remote villages and ancient temples, offering a glimpse into the traditional way of life in the Himalayas. From Kishtwar, your journey continues towards Sinthan Pass, another high mountain pass located at an elevation of around 12,500 feet. The road to Sinthan Pass is known for its steep inclines, hairpin bends, and breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks. After crossing Sinthan Pass, you’ll descend into the beautiful Daksum Valley, located in the Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir. Daksum is known for its dense forests, gushing streams, and pristine beauty, making it a perfect retreat for nature lovers. Take a much-needed rest and enjoy the hospitality of Kashmir.

DAY 04: -DAKSUM- MARGAN PASS-WARWAN VALLEY

The journey from Daksum to Margan Pass, Warwan Valley is an unforgettable adventure through some of the most remote and pristine landscapes in the Kashmir region. It offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, cultural immersion, and outdoor exploration, making it a truly memorable experience for Go Boundless Travellers. you leave Daksum, you’ll begin your ascent towards Margan Pass, a high mountain pass located at an elevation of approximately 13,000 feet. The road to Margan Pass offers stunning views of snow-capped peaks, alpine meadows, and cascading waterfalls. Margan Pass is a gateway to the remote and rugged Warwan Valley. The pass is surrounded by towering mountains and offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Descending from Margan Pass, you’ll enter the Warwan Valley, a hidden gem known for its untouched beauty and pristine landscapes.

The valley is characterized by lush green meadows, crystal-clear streams, and dense forests. Enjoy your picnic lunch at Meadow and explore Warwan Valley. Return Back to Daksum by late Evening and enjoy the cultural night.

DAY 05: -DAKSUM – BHADERWAH

Check out after breakfast and start your journey towards Bhaderwah via Doda Road. Reach Bhaderwah by the late evening and relax.

DAY 06: -BHADERWAH- CHATTERGALA PASS- PATHANKOT

The pass itself, perched at a high altitude, offers stunning views of the surrounding valleys and distant mountain ranges, making the challenging drive worthwhile, the journey to Chattergala Pass is an unforgettable experience that promises adventure, tranquillity and a deep connection with nature.
